• Manage your manifest and jump ticket account
• Process payments for jump tickets and services
• Verify membership status
• Contact you regarding your account or safety matters
• Emergency contact notification if needed

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your information is only shared with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Event staff for manifest operations

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at bookings@flyalterego.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, all personal data including name, email, phone, emergency contacts, and jump records will be permanently removed.
